Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Troubleshooter to join our team at Flextronics International USA. As a key member of our production engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting tests, troubleshooting, and ensuring production quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tests and troubleshoot electronic products, components, and systems to ensure production quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and ensure effective preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and daily measurement schedules are in place for each test and burn-in process.
  • Follow engineering test processes and configure/flashes firmware on sub-assemblies and connects Ethernet connections between units.
  • Troubleshoot/debug at multiple system to component levels and determine workmanship errors and drive back through quality.
  • Perform module verification and be able to troubleshoot wiring of units using schematic diagrams and assembly processes.
  • First-line support for workstation and line issues and log fail defects and address trending failures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience and associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Ability to read schematic drawings and use measurement instruments and interpret a variety of instructions.
  • Use of electronic assembly tools, such as oscilloscope, cable and harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, and logic analyzer.
