Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our team at BSU Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and experience with testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to ensure quality conformance
  • Repair and replace faulty components as needed
  • Operate test equipment such as meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
  • Participate in functional verification and acceptance of board and subassembly test fixtures
  • Recommend improvements to manufacturing test fixtures to drive yield improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with detailed troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuit boards
  • Above-average aptitude in reading schematics and troubleshooting circuits
  • Experience with surface mount and through-hole technology board assemblies
  • Proficiency with electronics test and measurement equipment
  • Solid skill in using hand tools in electronic board assembly and repair

Education:

  • Associate degree in electronics or at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
