Job Title: Clinical Specialist

The Clinical Specialist is a key member of our team at Onsite Partners, Inc., responsible for leading therapy groups, individual sessions, and intensives. This role requires a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and the ability to facilitate workshops and programs with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate therapy groups, individual sessions, and intensives with clients
  • Work with the clinical team to develop and implement program activities
  • Support admissions with clinical approval of clients for workshops and intensives
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Onsite's Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Contribute to content development for the clinical and business development departments
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical field advances and best practices
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Licensure in the State of Tennessee or ability to obtain TN licensure within one year of hire
  • Two years of experience in intensives and trauma-informed care
  • Expertise in Experiential and Psychodrama therapeutic modalities
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment with occasional weekend work. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
