Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess opportunities for technology improvements and collaborate with clinicians to understand workflows and define problems.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve clinical workflows and reduce documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients to create business cases for new technologies and technology projects.
  • Support the development and adoption of standards for evidence-based care practice.
  • Serve as the client clinical informaticist for optimization solution implementations.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of clinical experience, e.g., RN, LPN, MA.
  • Experience working with Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) technology in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Local resident or willingness to relocate to client site location(s) in Maine, USA.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a clinical informaticist.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cerner and the full implementation lifecycle of Cerner's suite of electronic medical record applications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading small to large-scale optimization projects.
