Sales Representative Position - Luxury Automotive
Hendrick Automotive Group is a leading luxury automotive dealership, and we are seeking qualified Sales Representatives to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri.
About the Job
This is a dynamic sales role where you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our dealership, and your primary focus will be on selling new and pre-owned luxury vehicles to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide expert knowledge of our luxury vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to customers
- Work closely with our finance and insurance team to ensure seamless sales transactions
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and colleagues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of luxury vehicles, features, and benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
