Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Administrative Assistant at Coval Anderson Coval LLC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring professional communication over the phone, facilitating client interactions, and assisting with various executive administrative tasks and clerical duties. Candidates with experience in establishing workflows for enhanced administrative efficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong executive administrative and clerical skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, DocuSign, Google Suite, and experience with at least one CRM platform, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Skilled in establishing workflows between integrated applications
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous
  • An Associate's degree in Business is preferred but not mandatory
