Sales and Business Development Representative

At Super Soccer Stars, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to drive our sales efforts and expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for sports and youth development.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through research, networking, and in-person visits
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Working closely with the management team to develop strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a sports-related industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for sports and youth development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
