Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Industry Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships within the legal industry to expand the company's network and client base.
  • Prospecting and Sales: Identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive outreach via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Market Positioning: Strategically position the company through research, coordination, and planning of events aimed at enhancing its profile within the legal community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to identify and close business opportunities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze available data and customer feedback to continually refine the company's services and strengthen client relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Managing Partner to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Establish efficient systems and processes for event execution, business development activities, and relationship management.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, legal professionals, community leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of the company's services and the legal industry landscape.
