Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Executive to join our team at BrainBox AI Inc. in a Senior Sales Director role. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth through the sale of our AI-enabled energy management solutions to multi-site, commercial customers and partners.

About the Role
  • Manage a regional territory within North America, with a focus on multi-site properties and portfolios
  • Promote and sell our innovative energy management solutions to key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build relationships with facility managers, sustainability directors, and C-suite executives
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals demonstrating ROI and environmental impact
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM system
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or similar field of study
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years selling complex technical SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level customers with multiple stakeholders
Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
