About the RoleAs an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in generating new sales, retaining existing members, and growing our overall book of business. You will be responsible for using your sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs, overcome objections, and close sales. You will also work to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and as assigned by your manager.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new sales and retain existing members through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Use provided tools and underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend appropriate products, and quote, bind, and issue policies
- Engage in market-based interactions to solicit new business, create and expand business networks, and build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership, and financial products
- A competitive salary with a potential for earning bonuses and sales incentives
- Unlimited commissions on Life Insurance Referrals, AAA Memberships, and Credit Card sales

- Active Life Insurance Sales license
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
