Job Overview

At Lids, we are seeking a skilled Inventory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory records. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing business transactions, verifying financial data, and collaborating with various departments within the supply chain.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in the Inventory Accounting Team.
  • Execution of company efforts to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Collaboration with multiple departments, including buying and merchandising, store operations, and DC operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to read and operate a computer, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
