We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team at Grainger Businesses. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels across multiple customer locations. Your primary duties will include receiving and stocking purchased products, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering. You will also work closely with customers to identify additional product needs and create new orders.

About the Role:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a selling or service environment is required for this position.
  • Proven track record of managing customer inventory levels efficiently, including receiving and stocking product, and ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to identify their product needs and create new orders accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to expand Grainger's offerings and participate in quarterly reviews to assess viability of Inventory Solutions offerings.
  • Manage customer inventory levels, including receiving and stocking product, and ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Strong customer service and sales growth orientation is necessary.
  • Able to handle different technical and operational issues.

Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
