Financial Audit Specialist

The Financial Compliance Associate will meticulously organize, assess, and synthesize both financial and non-financial data with a strong emphasis on precision and thoroughness. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with the option to operate from various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings to capture discussion points and actionable items.
- Compose memorandums and correspondence, conduct holder research, and prepare analytical work papers.
- Perform initial evaluations of documentation submitted by property holders.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of holder feedback, compile summaries, and present initial insights to management.
Required Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should possess at least one (1) year of relevant experience, although training may be available.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred, especially in accounting, business, economics, or finance; equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
- Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing complex datasets, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, logical formulas).
- Strong communication skills are essential for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A genuine desire to learn and enhance skills is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A positive contributor who values organizational culture and professionalism.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position varies based on multiple factors, including location, experience level, and skill set. The expected salary range for this role is between $52,000 and $55,000.
