Position Overview:

The Audit Associate will meticulously gather, assess, and condense both financial and non-financial data, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all tasks. This role offers flexibility, allowing for remote work or the option to work from designated offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend meetings to accurately record discussion points and actionable items.
  • Compose memorandums and correspondence, conduct holder research, and prepare necessary documentation and analyses.
  • Perform initial evaluations of documents submitted by property holders.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of holder feedback, compile summaries, and provide initial recommendations to management.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred candidates will possess at least one year of relevant experience, though training may be available.
  • Educational background should include an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, ideally in accounting, business, economics, or finance; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and utilizing advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are vital for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to evolving priorities is crucial.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Exhibits leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Motivated to learn and enhance skills, demonstrating a self-starting attitude.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary for this position is competitive and varies based on factors such as experience and skill set. The compensation range is between $52,000 and $55,000.
