Rockland Federal Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to its members. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Member Solutions Center team as a Member Solutions Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members via telephone, addressing a variety of needs and inquiries.
  • Assist members with loan payments, balance inquiries, and account openings, as well as provide support with online banking and bill pay features.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve member issues efficiently.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and coaching to develop skills and knowledge of Credit Union products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and staff at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Credit Union products and services preferred, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential, with the ability to navigate mobile apps and websites.

Work Schedule and Benefits

The Member Solutions Advocate will work a 40-hour full-time schedule, including extended hours on Thursday and Friday, and a short schedule every other Saturday. The role is classified as hybrid and has the potential to be remote work once the introductory period and training are complete.
