Ambulatory Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Physical and Occupational Therapy practices at Massachusetts General Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient care and services across our multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the administrative aspects of our ambulatory operations, including patient access, scheduling, and front desk operations.
- Oversee the work of our Patient Service Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient experiences.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction, access, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with our Clinical Directors to ensure seamless communication and coordination across our practice sites.
- Monitor and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in practice management, ambulatory operations, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Epic and other healthcare information systems is a plus.
