Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in the Ambulatory Pulmonary Medicine department at Mass General Brigham. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with pulmonary conditions
  • Work collaboratively with attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data analysis and process improvement projects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in pulmonary medicine
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with pulmonary conditions
