About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Recruiter to join our team at CLEAR Corporate Services LLC. As a Business Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth by partnering with various functions across the business to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and drive organizational results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with recruiting and business leaders to deeply understand the requirements for all hires and their impact on the company and product.
  • Develop and execute a creative approach to full lifecycle candidate engagement.
  • Utilize talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on identifying top talent.
  • Embed in business teams, building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Share best practices to continually iterate and raise the bar on candidate experience.
How You'll Measure Success
  • Quality of hire and candidate experience.
  • Time to fill and offer acceptance rate.
  • Strong partnerships across the business.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of successful recruiting experience in a high-volume, rapidly scaling environment, preferably with experience hiring for G+A functions, and Product and Security teams.
  • Metrics-minded and live in recruiting data.
  • Relationship builder and proactive engagement with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Combined agency and in-house recruiting experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and digging in to be an expert in the roles you are hiring for.
  • Obsessed with candidate experience and understanding the value of strong candidate relationships.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.

The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
