Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management services to Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants, ensuring their successful reintegration into their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized case management plans for ISAP participants, ensuring compliance with program requirements and state and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with participants, providing guidance and support to promote successful reintegration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and complete case records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment, ensuring participant compliance and reporting any program violations in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with participants to ensure attendance at legal orientation and cultural orientation sessions, as well as supplemental services evaluations.
  • Review and update individual service plans, conducting risk/needs assessments and writing progress reports as required.
  • Perform home visits to verify participant residences, conduct emergency counseling as needed, and identify and maintain relationships with translation resources in the community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • At least two years of customer service or case management experience, with experience in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or working with multicultural clients preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required, with the ability to interpret and articulate rules, orders, instructions, and materials.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
  • United States citizenship required, with the ability to live in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a typical office environment, with some local travel and use of standard office equipment. The ability to bend, stoop, and use hands and fingers to place electronic monitoring equipment on participants is also required.
