Business Development Manager

At Vensure Employer Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires 50% of the time in the field and 50% in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure clients and generate job orders for the Staffing Supervisors to fill.
  • Protect and promote the brand, image, and reputation of the Company while striving to exceed the needs and expectations of our clients and employees.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to continually increase sales.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to develop sales strategies and enhance service offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Effectively market and sell our services to potential clients.
  • SOURCE and recruit high-quality candidates for placement while building and maintaining a network of contacts.
  • Establish and maintain community contacts through community involvement and organizations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • College Degree (Associates or Bachelors) from an accredited College or University in Business or related field preferred.
  • Three years hands-on business development, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and fluently speak English.
  • Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours.
