Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager at Revision Skincare is a key player in cultivating long-term customer relationships and driving revenue growth. This role is responsible for increasing market share through strategic prospecting, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional post-sales implementation and account maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile data on prospective customers for use as sales leads, leveraging information from business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and online sources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on each customer, including practice demographics, staff, call and sales history.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Revision Skincare's product line through reading clinical articles, promotional materials, and attending company-sponsored training and meetings.
- Clearly understand and implement key product branding strategies throughout the selling process, utilizing company-developed materials.
- Develop and coordinate physician and practice training and education programs.
- Manage territory sample inventory in compliance with company guidelines.
- Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business meetings.
- Conduct business with honesty and integrity, upholding company principles and protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time.
- Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of sales processes, as well as strong decision-making abilities.
- Strong organization, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
- Track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Outstanding time management and organizational expertise.
- Proficiency with MS Office software, contact management software, and the internet.
