Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Benefits Consultant to lead our multinational clients' global benefits management program. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working on global and regional employee benefits programs and related consulting services to multinational organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing global benefits strategies, leading client-facing strategy discussions, and managing large client relationships and global teams. They will also be responsible for generating revenue and growing market share, as well as managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget.

The Global Benefits Consultant will be part of WTW's Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) team, which comprises over 300 colleagues across all WTW geographies. The IGS team is dedicated to serving the needs of the headquarters of its multinational clients and operates in the global marketplace, where multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language, and regulatory environments.

The successful candidate will have a strong client relationship, interpersonal, and team skills, as well as superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization. Experience living and working overseas, foreign language skills, and a proven track record of success in managing large client relationships and leading global teams are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement global benefits strategies for multinational clients
  • Lead client-facing strategy discussions and manage large client relationships and global teams
  • Generate revenue and grow market share
  • Manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables on time and within budget

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working on global and regional employee benefits programs and related consulting services to multinational organizations

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $140,000 – $180,000 USD per year
