Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Innova Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our marketing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project trackers.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams, coordinating materials for events and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with internal logistics for events, including calendar maintenance, material preparation, and event evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and efficient data management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in marketing, product, or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Passion for media and advertising.
