Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Innova Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our marketing team, assisting with meeting coordination, project management, and team communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain project trackers, helping to drive campaign strategy and organization.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams, as well as industry partners, to coordinate materials and initiatives.
  • Assist with internal logistics, including calendar maintenance, material preparation, and event evaluations.
  • Help develop and update presentations and documents for internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in marketing, product, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for media and advertising.
