We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Axxys Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and site superintendents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue contracts and change orders to subcontractors
  • Generate and maintain contact lists
  • Print and distribute drawings and specifications to project teams
  • Set up meetings and keep minutes
  • Prepare project binders and supplies for project managers and site superintendents
  • Manage the submittal and RFI process
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Order equipment and materials for projects
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Collect, organize, and submit paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Construction experience is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Administrative background
  • Ability to work as a team to meet project deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
