We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our Sales Team at Mint Mobile. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and related metrics in your assigned territory. Your primary goal is to maximize company revenue across the indirect sales channel by building strong relationships with Retailers, external partners, and internal teams.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals and requirements. You will work closely with Regional Sales Directors to develop and implement business plans that drive measurable results for stores. This includes increasing customer activations, promoting ongoing replenishment of customers, educating sales staff on service offerings, and maintaining relationships with store personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with Retailers and external partners to drive sales performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive measurable results for stores.
  • Educate sales staff on service offerings, systems, events, contests, incentives, and processes.
  • Maintain and build relationships with store personnel to ensure Ultra/Mint is the premier brand offered in all Retail stores.
