Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all lending and regulatory standards while preparing loan documentation.
  • Assist clients in identifying the most suitable mortgage options based on their circumstances.
  • Document the loan process from initiation to approval within our system.
  • Gather and validate essential financial documents, including credit reports, to complete mortgage applications and assess creditworthiness.
  • Act as a liaison among applicants, mortgage brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, and underwriting teams to facilitate loan approvals.
What You Will Be Engaged In:
  • Delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Communicating with clients regarding loan conditions and statuses through phone or video messages.
  • Acquiring knowledge of investor guidelines, lending policies, and the necessary documentation and procedures of Madison Mortgage Services.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to provide effective underwriting alternatives to your team.
  • Enhancing computer proficiency, including internet skills.
  • Managing multiple tasks while fostering strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of loan processes is essential, particularly with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong analytical and time management abilities, is necessary.
