A Technical Program / Delivery Manager Role

This role involves managing relationships amongst key partners by building confidence and trust through clear communications on all management levels. You will oversee all activities within delivery using roadmaps, project plans, and schedules, providing timely, consistent, and accurate reporting of initiatives' status to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client engagements across the entire organization, working closely with Recruiting and Sales to ensure open roles are closed as quickly as possible.
  • Serve as a critical point of contact for the customer, acting as an escalation point for any consultant issues or engagement issues.
  • Send regular cadence of project updates through engagement reports and measure client satisfaction through CSAT scores.
  • Internalize client-centric requirements, meeting with account executives to understand exact needs and take the lead in getting strategic resourcing completed.
  • Create burn reports and provide financial data to clients, optimizing utilization and resource planning across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key practice, client, and industry leaders, leveraging these relationships to maximize deployment opportunities for InRhythm engineers.
  • Maintain one-on-one relationships with InRhythm engineers and consultants, developing a detailed understanding of their goals and preferences.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Resource Management, Program/Project Management, or Consulting Operations for a Professional Services Organization.
  • Strong critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, negotiation, and influence abilities.
  • Enterprise program delivery experience at the Fortune 500 level.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com as a CRM and Resource Management tool.

About Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position in New York, NY is estimated at $140,000 per year. The hiring range takes into account internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided, along with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, 401(k) Matching, Paid Parental Leave, Scalable PTO, Reimbursements for birthday experiences, and Media Streaming, Book, and Fitness Allowances.
