Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Analyst to support our client's banking leader systems modernization project. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, senior-level experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) in New York, NY 10013.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating AI technologies into our client product offerings, conducting market research, performing in-depth analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, analyzing data to inform product strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • AI Integration: Collaborate with AI specialists to incorporate advanced technologies into product features, enhancing functionality and user experience.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful market introduction.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate product visions, strategies, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience: Retail Banking experience required, preferably with a focus on AI-driven products.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development, familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering products on time and within scope.
