Position Summary:
We are seeking a Client Manager to enhance our Property & Casualty division. This role is pivotal in evaluating client needs and risks, crafting tailored insurance solutions, and fortifying client relationships through professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Client Service Management:**
- Oversee the daily service tasks for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and managing complex accounts.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to address concerns and explore service enhancement opportunities.
- Track and manage renewal timelines to ensure seamless policy transitions.

2. **Account Administration:**
- Lead account management efforts, including preparation of renewal applications and accurate invoicing.
- Collaborate with team members for pre-renewal discussions and client opportunity development.

3. **Technical Expertise:**
- Manage intricate insurance plans and interpret policy provisions to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Develop customized endorsements to address specific client needs.

4. **Sales and Marketing Duties:**
- Participate in the sales process for new and renewal accounts, identifying optimal markets and negotiating premiums.
- Foster relationships with underwriters to create effective marketing strategies.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Coordinate responsibilities with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Active Property Casualty Insurance agent's license or ability to obtain within three months.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or risk management within the insurance sector.
