About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families navigating the hospital's registration process. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Collect patient information and register them accurately and efficiently
  2. Provide clear and concise explanations of hospital policies and procedures
  3. Address patient concerns and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare
