Medical Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and providers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, working day/ evening shifts from 11:00am-7:30pm.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a medical setting or customer service role is preferred but not required.
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to patient and provider inquiries via phone, email, and other methods.
- Resolving issues related to appointments, prescriptions, and other provider practice activities.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare.
