Job Title: Citrix NetScaler Technical Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix NetScaler Technical Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting NetScaler SDX, MPX, VPX, and ADM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of NetScaler SDX, MPX, VPX, and ADM systems
  • Resolving escalated issues related to NetScaler and ADM
  • Application onboarding and configuration synchronization between DC and DR
  • Troubleshooting application accessibility issues
  • Resource management and report generation
  • Handling incident cases based on ITIL process
  • Coordinating with OEM and vendor for issue resolution
  • Root cause analysis of major issues
  • CLI knowledge is required for NS
  • Configuring content switching, load balancing, and GSLB with CLI
  • Installing and upgrading ADM and NS firmware with CLI

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Citrix NetScaler
  • Expert-level troubleshooting skills for NetScaler load balancing, access gateway, SSL certificate, VPN, content switching, and GSLB
  • Working knowledge of installing and troubleshooting NetScaler MPX, VPX, and SDX
  • Experience with multi-factor authentication solutions
  • ITIL process-based incident handling
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in developing technical relationships with end-users, OEMs, and other teams
  • Cloud load balancer experience in ARO/Azure/AVS environment
  • Collaboration with application teams for load balancing issue resolution
  • Incident handling on a case-by-case basis
