We are looking for a seasoned Sous Chef to join our SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas team. As a key leader in our kitchen, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international restaurant environment where Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine come together in a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.


Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of kitchen supervisor and/or management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations, including purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and stock rotation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire junior staff members.
