Senior Epic Analyst II

Position Overview:

The Senior Epic Analyst II plays a crucial role in the configuration, management, and support of clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system for healthcare clients. This position entails addressing support tickets, executing routine build tasks, participating in on-call rotations, and engaging in special projects such as Epic Upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary analyst for Epic maintenance, build, and configuration
  • Accurately manage client trouble tickets and requests
  • Lead application build efforts for Epic upgrades and Nova Note Review
  • Implement testing protocols and support go-live initiatives
  • Identify improvement opportunities, mentor junior analysts, and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment

Work Environment:

This position is primarily in-office, with potential hybrid or remote options available upon management approval.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is minimal, less than 5%.

Physical Demands:

Includes sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination, and repetitive motion. Occasional standing and bending may be required, along with infrequent lifting of up to 10 pounds.
