Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Population Health department. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and assist users in data collection, development, and implementation of Epic, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate continuous quality improvement activities for assigned populations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality gaps, and implement process improvements.
- Two or more years of experience in a healthcare field, preferably in a direct patient care position or general medical office support role.
- Associate degree preferred, with a concentration in Quality Management or data analysis a plus.
- Experience with HEDIS, Payer Incentive Plans, PCMH, and/or NCQA desired.
- Full-time position with competitive benefits.
