Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst to join our Population Health department at Aspire Rural Health Systems. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of services for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist users in the data collection, development, and implementation of Epic, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of continuous quality improvement activities for assigned populations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in a healthcare field, preferably in a direct patient care position or general medical office support.
  • Associate degree preferred, with a concentration in Quality Management or data analysis a plus.
  • Experience with HEDIS, Payer Incentive Plans, PCMH, and/or NCQA desired.
