Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and oversees Project Management Plans (PMP), Configuration Management Plans, and work breakdown structures, ensuring effective project scheduling.
  • Leads and coordinates complex project teams, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget while maintaining quality standards.
  • Facilitates communication plans for projects, providing concise project status updates and liaising with project leads, sponsors, and management teams.
  • Identifies and evaluates project risks, offering strategic mitigation solutions.
  • Assesses and addresses project challenges, implementing corrective measures and adjusting baselines as necessary.
  • Promotes project management best practices by offering insights, recommendations, and support to both business and IT personnel.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations and reports, providing insights and recommendations related to project performance.
  • Contributes to ITR's mission by aligning actions and priorities with core values, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, business management, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity, demonstrating knowledge of IT systems.
  • Proven experience in IT project execution, particularly in application development and significant technology upgrades.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, including Agile.
  • Comprehensive understanding of PMI/PMBOK Process Groups and Knowledge Areas, with practical experience in integration, scope, time, cost, communication, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Extensive experience with project planning and management tools, focusing on scope organization, deliverable definition, detailed scheduling, budgeting, and change control.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) in various business functions such as Supply Chain Management and Order to Cash.
  • Advanced degree in project management, business management, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle rigor.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in a matrix environment, engaging with a diverse range of professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, including executive management.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
