Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team of 6 to 10 sales representatives
- Develop and implement KPIs for sales personnel to ensure goal attainment
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with sales team members to provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
- Participate actively in the field, working alongside sales personnel to understand market challenges and opportunities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in a managerial role
- Experience in the roofing or construction industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo drug and background screening
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive team dynamic
- Hands-on approach with the willingness to engage directly in the field
