We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Oklahoma, Arkansas, Indiana, Ohio, and Philadelphia markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional and personal growth, with a competitive base salary and commission-based compensation plan.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the building products industry. They will be responsible for developing target accounts, maintaining and driving new business within the designated territory, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Representative will include:

  • Prospecting, researching, and building relationships with new clients.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the territory through cold calling, call reports, account plans, and collaboration with the sales team.
  • Growing current business by presenting new products and services.
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for customers within the sales territory.
  • Managing client accounts, including communication related to service delivery and troubleshooting for project issues.
  • Forecasting sales targets and tracking activity.
  • Communicating progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Staying current and professional in industry trends.
  • Preparing and maintaining strategic account plans.
  • Developing and maintaining project and sales funnels.
  • Traveling to meet with clients and prospects.

Education, knowledge, and skills required for this role include:

Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • A college degree or equivalent education and industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the building products industry.
  • Knowledge of rigid insulation applications used in the building products industry or the commercial roofing market.
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A highly motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, and persistent personality.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to achieving company sales goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, combined with strong presentation competencies and the ability to communicate value to all levels within a customer's organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
