Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO at Colvin Resources Group. This role involves managing various tasks, including scheduling, communication, record-keeping, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders for appointments
- Take and compile meeting minutes, and create and distribute summaries from meetings
- Send employee correspondence and order office supplies
- Participate in company events and sit on the company events committee
- Perform personal errands for the executive
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and improve performance through management feedback
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant role
- Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office and related business and communication tools
