JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service abilities

  • Proficient in learning and utilizing the Club Ready software system
  • Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Capable of thriving under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the General Manager
  • Conduct studio tours for new prospects to build relationships and facilitate sales
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and pricing
  • Uphold and promote the studio's mission as a provider of fitness and wellness
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas
  • Engage in community outreach events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, etc.) to promote the studio
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Take responsibility for developing sales skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of the role
  • May require sitting or standing for extended periods. Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend, lift, kneel, and drive. Climbing stairs may be necessary as elevators are not available at all locations. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be required.
  • Specific vision abilities needed for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone
