Job Summary

The Head of Engagement and Service Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the marketing strategy for our existing client base. This role will focus on spreading awareness through marketing programs, campaigns, and efforts that promote customer engagement, service quality, and overall marketing effectiveness to ensure our products and services resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty marketing engagement and service strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product management, and sales teams to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Advocacy team to align the marketing strategy to drive engagement throughout all journey initiatives.
  • Leverage voice of the consumer and field insights along with research to drive engagement.
  • Assess channel needs, content enhancements, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead all aspects of the development of core marketing materials, including digital content, email communications, customer service literature, and promotional assets.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage the marketing budget, effectively allocating resources to enhance return on investment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions.
  • Create clear work plans, prioritization, and regularly report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve plan.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on customer engagement and service marketing within the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Experience in loyalty marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience handling budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and email systems, marketing technology, and analytical tools.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to work through unstructured problems and develop clear action plans and priorities.
  • Data-driven marketer with expertise in using data to make decisions, drive prioritization, and demonstrate impact.
  • Strong presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of organizations.
  • High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit.
