Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as our Unit Manager at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and supervising a team of licensed nurses and caregivers.

Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Supervise and evaluate the delivery of care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled nurses and caregivers to provide exceptional resident care.
Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in the practicing state.
  • Recent clinical experience in geriatric care, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing priorities.
