Job Title: Weekend Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekend Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses, care specialists, and other personnel to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.
  • Implement and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share information relevant to changing care plans.
Qualifications:
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
  • Demonstrate understanding of state and Federal rules and regulations governing practices within the facility.
  • Ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, personal growth, and development.
