Position Overview:
RCM Health Care Services is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services to elementary school students. This role is crucial in supporting students with various communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
The SLP will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing tailored speech-language therapy programs for students with communication disorders.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations to assess student needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
  • Collaborating with educators and parents to enhance student learning and communication skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • A successful background check.
