Key Responsibilities
  • Mount, dismount, repair, and rotate a variety of tires including commercial, agricultural, and automotive.
  • Foam fill tires based on customer specifications.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain shop cleanliness.
  • Respond to roadside assistance calls and perform fleet inspections for tire requirements.
  • Participate in on-call emergency roadside assistance as scheduled, following company policies.
  • Operate necessary machinery and equipment to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team when required.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures diligently.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in tire distribution, manufacturing, or service environments.
  • Strong dedication to achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Commitment to adhering to stringent safety standards.
  • Physical ability to bend, sit, stand, climb, twist, push, pull, lift, and work in confined spaces.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Must be capable of lifting 75 lbs independently and team lifting over 100 lbs, as well as pushing and pulling 50 lbs. Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Completion of pre-employment physical demands testing is required.
  • A valid driver's license and insurability are essential.
Work Environment

This position involves working in a setting that may be noisy, requiring frequent standing and physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, and twisting.
