Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Air Specialty & Equipment Co. is seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join their Fort Worth branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize company-provided systems and tools to effectively document, track, and record sales activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of used equipment values and be able to evaluate for trading purposes.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales and service opportunities, and proactively seek out company-sponsored training to develop and advance your skill set.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support staff, with a constant commitment to teamwork and relationship management.
  • Assist with account receivables collections, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of industrial B2B sales experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM, and company business software.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
