About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner to join our team at Petfolk. As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our pet care centers, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interactions: Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Personnel Management: Supervise and manage support staff, including interviewing, retention, and scheduling.
  • Operations: Assist in implementing standard operating procedures, ensuring hospital protocols are followed, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Accounting and Financials: Manage hospital finances, including payroll, inventory, and controlled substances.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years managing a team of 10+ people, with experience in sales and KPI management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and conflict management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
