Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner to join our team at Petfolk. As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our pet care centers, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interactions: Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Personnel Management: Oversee the recruitment, retention, and scheduling of support staff, ensuring optimal hospital workflow and client satisfaction.
- Operations: Collaborate with the corporate management team to implement standard operating procedures, hospital protocols, and quality control measures.
- Accounting and Financials: Manage hospital personnel performance, prepare biweekly payroll, and review key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of two years managing a team of 10+ people, with a proven track record of driving results and improving client satisfaction.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of general accounting terms, principles of inventory management, and client service standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent conflict management, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
